The work, without
the client names.
Our agency partners are covered by NDAs, and our direct clients consider their web presence a competitive asset. Therefore, we share all relevant information for your evaluation, including the problem, decisions, trade-offs, and measured results, but exclude client logos.
Turning twenty years of research credibility into on-page proof
A laboratory equipment manufacturer with a technically deep product line, strong word of mouth among researchers, and a site ranking for almost none of the terms its buyers actually searched. The product was trusted. The site carried none of that trust.
- Full technical audit delivered as a prioritised interactive checklist, so the team could work top down by impact instead of guessing at sequencing
- Keyword strategy across the core product cluster, mapped to product, application and research-stage intent rather than head terms alone
- Citation trust system converting decades of peer-reviewed use into visible on-page evidence
- Quote form rescue: diagnosed reCAPTCHA, POST handling and validation faults that had been silently dropping inbound leads
The highest-value fix was not an SEO deliverable at all. A broken quote form had been losing leads for months while everyone argued about rankings. We now test every conversion path before touching anything else.
Finding out where a brand stands inside AI search
A cartridge automation manufacturer knew buyers were asking language models for recommendations before they ever reached a website, and had no idea whether it was being mentioned. Neither did its competitors, which was the opportunity.
- Competitive intelligence dossier covering seven direct competitors
- AI visibility study measuring 640 responses across eight models to establish a real baseline mention rate
- Interactive ROI calculator the sales team could send mid-conversation
- Quarterly editorial calendar with publish-ready articles targeting the questions buyers were actually asking
- WordPress build: product pages, accordion compatibility list, schema markup
AI visibility is mostly downstream of structure. The pages that got quoted back were the ones with clean headings, explicit specification tables and schema, not the ones with the best prose.
An enrolment flow two development teams had already failed to fix
Students could browse courses and could not enrol. Two previous teams had rebuilt parts of the front end without finding the cause, and the platform was taking zero enrolments while continuing to pay for traffic.
- Traced the fault to a custom post type registered in conflict with LMS core, which no amount of front-end work would ever have surfaced
- Rebuilt the full enrolment flow on course-aware templates
- Legal pages written for a platform serving minors, covering privacy, terms and disclaimer
- Sitemap and content audit across the whole platform
When two teams have already missed something, stop reading the code they touched. The fault is almost always a layer below where everyone is looking, and a day spent reproducing it properly beats a week of patching symptoms.
A producer with a premium story and no way to tell it
A farming operation selling on provenance and sustainable practice, competing against commodity suppliers, with a site that read like a commodity supplier. The differentiators existed on the farm and nowhere on the page.
- Custom responsive build, designed rather than assembled from a template
- Content architecture putting growing practice and provenance ahead of the product list
- Blog index plus launch articles, publish ready at handoff
- WordPress CMS the owner could run without calling anyone
For a premium producer the story is the product. We now spend the first session on what happens before the thing is sold, because that material is what separates the site from every competitor pricing against it.
A theme built to be handed over, not maintained by us
A consumer brand wanted a site their internal marketing team would own outright. The brief was explicit: no page builders, no dependency on the people who built it, and nothing that breaks when a marketer adds a page.
- Custom theme written from scratch, no page builder anywhere in it
- Brand-first design system with reusable components the team assembles pages from
- Landing page plus full theme build, designed and developed end to end
- Documented for internal handoff, including the parts we would have preferred to keep quiet
Handoff quality is a design decision, not a documentation task. Constrain the components hard enough and the documentation gets short, because there are fewer ways to get it wrong.
Rebuilding a framework-heavy site as portable static HTML
Not client work, and we label it that way deliberately. An internal study to see how faithfully a modern framework-built marketing site could be reproduced as clean static HTML a non-technical owner could host anywhere.
- Framework site converted to portable static HTML with visual fidelity preserved
- Original font system and vector assets carried across intact
- Python extraction and cleanup pipeline built to make the process repeatable
- Packaged as something a client could host on any provider without us
A large share of what a framework ships is doing nothing for the visitor. This study is why we argue against headless on projects that do not need it, and why we quote the maintenance cost alongside the build cost.
What we removed, and what we kept.
Remaining anonymous without explanation may appear evasive. For this reason, we have established this rule.
Anything that identifies a client
Company names, logos, live URLs, branded screenshots, exact revenue, headcount to the person, and named locations. Agency partner work never appears here at all, under any description.
Everything you need to judge us
Sector, approximate size, the situation, the technical decisions, the trade-offs, the measured results, and what each project changed about how we work. Every case is approved by the client before it goes up.
Please let us know what issues are currently blocking progress.
We have twenty minutes and do not require a presentation. Please share your current pipeline, your team’s capacity, and your assessment of the opportunity’s value. If we determine it is not a fit, we will let you know during the call.
