Will you ever contact our clients?
No contractually. All communication runs through your agency. If a client meeting requires a technical voice, we can join as "your development team" under your brand.
What are your working hours?
Your project lead is in Houston on US Central business hours. The build team works India hours, which means active development continues overnight US time, with a 4+ hour live overlap window every morning for standups and reviews.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do or your client does, per your agreement with them. Full IP transfer on payment is standard in our services agreement.
What if we're not happy with the work?
Hourly work is reviewed weekly so a wrong direction is caught in the first sprint rather than at handover. Project work carries a bug-fix warranty. We would rather write off an hour than a relationship.
Can you sign our NDA and contractor agreements?
Yes. We can work under your paper or ours whichever your process requires. We're a US LLC, so contracts, invoicing, and payments all stay domestic.
