You sell it
We build it on schedule.
KRH Creations serves as the white-label development partner for US digital agencies. With a single contract and a Houston-based project manager, you get a dedicated team in India working while your office is closed, so progress keeps moving overnight. The time zone difference is an advantage, but the real value lies in meeting deadlines.

How we manage our projects.
Outsourced projects often fail because no one takes ownership, not because of technical errors. We handle ticket management, coordinate developers, and turn your feedback into clear tasks. You send us a brief, and we deliver work that another team member has already reviewed.
Scope together
Send us any materials you have, such as a signed SOW, a Figma link, or client notes. We'll give you a fixed estimate within two business days, with hours, assumptions, and exclusions clearly listed. You can share this with your client and add your margin. There's no cost or commitment.
We build, you review
You get a live staging link from day one, so you can check progress anytime. We set up weekly demos and send short written updates in between. A US-based team member reviews each deliverable before you receive it.
You deliver under your brand
You deliver the finished project under your brand, with full documentation so your developer can take over in six months. We never contact your clients, don't show your project in our portfolio, and won't compete for your account at renewal.
Three situations we fit, and one we do not.
The shop with no dev bench
You sell strategy, design, and marketing, and you either turn down build work or hand it to a freelancer and hope. We become the build department you do not have to hire, on a per-project basis with no retainer.
The agency at capacity
You have developers, they are booked, and the pipeline keeps producing work you cannot start for six weeks. We take the overflow so you stop pushing timelines out or declining revenue you already won.
The agency with a margin problem
Your blended cost per build is too high to compete on mid-market work. A dedicated pod on our side keeps those projects profitable without changing what your client sees or who they talk to.
Direct-to-client work
We do not take business owners looking for a website. Working with agencies and pitching their clients at the same time is the conflict that makes white-label partnerships fail, so we stay on one side of it.
What agencies send us.
Most of our projects are extra tasks that come up after you've closed a deal and scheduled the build. If your senior developer is fully booked, we step in to help.
Website Design
Website design delivered as Figma files, prepared for your client's approval so there are no layout disagreements once the build starts.
Website Development
Website development hand-coded from your design files. We only use page builders if you ask us to.
WordPress Development
WordPress development covering custom themes, ACF setup, plugin conflict resolution, and the integration debugging that takes up a lot of your team's time.
Shopify Development
Shopify development for clients who arrive already on the platform. Theme customization, catalog setup, and checkout configuration.
Webflow Development
Webflow development built from your designs, with CMS collections set up and documented for whoever maintains the site next.
E-Commerce Development
E-commerce development on WooCommerce and Shopify. Products, payment systems, shipping, and tax rules configured to meet audit requirements.
Website Maintenance & Support
Website maintenance and support sold as monthly care plans you resell at margin. Updates, uptime monitoring, and reporting in your branding.
Graphic & Brand Design
Graphic and brand design work: logos, identity systems, and campaign creative delivered as working files your team can present as its own.
White-Label Development
White-label development for the months you need more hands than your payroll allows.
AI Search Visibility (GEO)
AI search visibility work. We monitor what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity say when someone asks for a recommendation in your client's category, then create the content that changes those answers. Provided under your brand.
Why our agency work is not on this page.
Agency engagements never appear on this site, in a portfolio, or in a pitch deck, and that restriction is in the signed agreement rather than left to our discretion. It is the same silence your projects get.
If you want the detail, ask on a call. We will walk through an agency engagement in full, with the client details removed, and put you in touch with a reference who agreed in advance to take the call.
Common reasons outsourcing hasn't worked for you before.
Typical problems include freelancers not responding, slow feedback, and builds that don't match the design files. Most agency owners deal with these because of weak project management, not technical errors. We solve this by putting experienced project managers at the center of our team.
One US contact, on your hours.
A Houston-based project lead manages your engagement from start to finish. Standups happen live during the morning overlap, and development continues after your business day ends.
Experience in marketing and development.
Our founder has a strong background in SEO, content, and web strategy for US B2B manufacturers. That expertise helps us make sure your site ranks well and converts visitors long after launch.
Confidentiality guaranteed by contract.
Each engagement includes a non-disclosure agreement, and the white-label terms are part of the signed agreement so you can reassure your clients. Your client relationships remain protected.
A second review before you see it.
A US-based team member reviews the work against your original brief before delivery. This way, you get work that's ready to hand off without extra effort.
Most people who find this page are not ready to send a brief.
That is fine, and it is most of the reason agencies pick a partner badly: the shortlist gets built in a panic, the week the work lands. Take something useful now and have us on the list before you need us.
Or just ask for the rate sheet. Hourly, retainer, and fixed-price numbers, sent as a one-page PDF. No call, no pitch sequence, and no obligation to ever use it.
Request the rate sheetWhat agency owners ask us first.
What does white-label web development mean?
You have the client and the relationship. We operate under your brand, so the client sees your name on the work, on the invoice, and throughout the process. Our agreement prevents us from contacting them or making any public claim about the project.
How is this different from hiring offshore?
Hiring offshore developers directly might look cheaper, but you have to manage the project, handle QA, and translate client feedback for a remote team. With us, you get similar cost savings, a US contract, a Houston-based contact during your business hours, and pre-reviewed work.
How soon can you start, and what does it cost?
We send you an estimate within two business days of getting your brief, and most projects start within a week. You can choose hourly, a fixed price, or a retainer with a dedicated developer. To get a free, detailed estimate, just send us a live brief. You can use it to compare with other vendors too.
What happens if you miss a deadline?
We set project timelines in the estimate before starting. If we expect a delay, we will let you know during the weekly review, not on the due date. You will never hear about a missed deadline from your client.
What if you stop responding partway through a build?
As we work, we push code to your repository instead of waiting until the end. This way, you always have the latest version and can transfer it whenever you need.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we sign NDAs, and can do so before you share any project details if you prefer. Confidentiality is a core part of our business.
Take on the project you were about to turn down.
Book a twenty-minute call or send us a brief. Either way, you'll get a detailed estimate within two business days, including hours, assumptions, and exclusions. This service is free, no-commitment, and helpful even if you go with another vendor.
