These terms govern your use of krhcreations.com. They are not the agreement that
governs a project. If you engage us to build something, that work runs under a
separate signed services agreement, and where the two documents disagree, the signed
agreement wins.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by KRH Creations LLC, a limited liability company organised
under the laws of the State of Texas, with its place of business in Houston, Texas.
“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to KRH Creations LLC. “You” refers to anyone accessing
this website.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use
the site. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this
page with a new date. Continued use after that point means you accept the revision.
3. What this website is, and is not
This website describes services we offer to digital agencies. Nothing on it is an
offer capable of acceptance, a quote, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to
any price, timeline, or outcome. Rate ranges, turnaround times, and service
descriptions published here are indicative.
A binding relationship begins only when both parties sign a written services
agreement, statement of work, or accepted estimate. That document sets out the scope,
price, schedule, intellectual property transfer, confidentiality terms, warranty, and
liability position for the work. Ask for a copy before you send us a brief if you
want to read it first.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact details for commercial use, including for AI training datasets, without written permission
- Use our name, marks, or content to imply an association or endorsement that does not exist
- Send us abusive, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading enquiries
5. Content on this site
All content on this website, including text, layout, code, graphics, and the KRH
Creations name and logo, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by
copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own business
evaluation. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not
republish, sell, or reproduce substantial portions without written permission.
Client names, logos, and project descriptions appearing on the work page belong to
those clients and are used with their permission. Nothing here grants you any right
to use them.
6. Briefs and enquiries you send us
When you send us a project brief or enquiry, you keep ownership of everything in it.
We treat it as confidential and use it only to prepare an estimate and, if we are
engaged, to deliver the work.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you send.
Do not send us your client’s confidential material, credentials, or personal data
before an NDA is in place. We will sign one before you share a single project detail
if you ask.
Estimates we produce, including hours, assumptions, and exclusions, are ours. You are
free to use an estimate to evaluate us or benchmark another vendor’s quote. You may
not pass it to a competitor as a specification for them to build against.
7. Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites, including our clients’ sites and our
LinkedIn profile. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their
content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without
warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not
warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful
components.
Articles published on this site are general commentary drawn from our experience.
They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific
situation, and you should not act on them without judgement about your own

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits,
revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of this website, whether based on
contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have
been advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed
one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability arising from a project is governed by the
signed services agreement for that project, not by this clause. Nothing here excludes
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRH Creations LLC and its members, officers,
and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees,
arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our
Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its
conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this
website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris
County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing anything, email us. Nearly everything that looks like a dispute is a
misunderstanding that a conversation resolves faster and more cheaply than a filing.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our
failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the
Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website. You may
not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a
merger or sale of the business.
