Built after one too many bad handoffs.
KRH Creations is a white-label web development partner in Houston, Texas. Agencies rely on us as the build team they wish they already had.
KRH Creations was founded in Houston by Kashti Shah, who spent years running SEO, content, and web development for US B2B manufacturers before putting a build team behind it. The client list ran from scientific instruments and industrial robotics through to e-learning platforms.
She saw the same problems over and over. Agencies win projects but can't staff them, so they face tough choices. Freelancers often disappear by week five. Offshore teams agree to everything but deliver work that doesn't match the design. When things go wrong, your client blames you, not a subcontractor they've never met.
She built this company the way we always wished someone else would. You get a US contract and a project lead in Houston. The same developers work on your project each time, not just whoever is available. Between the lead and the developers, there's a review step. Most teams skip this, but it's where things usually fall apart.
She came from a marketing background, not just development, and that shapes the questions we ask during a build. We've had to rank these sites and explain the results in meetings. That experience changes how we approach site structure, speed, and what a page should actually do once it's live.
Four commitments you can hold us to in writing.
Every white-label shop claims to be reliable and invisible. Our four commitments are part of our agreement, and each one is there because we've seen what happens when they're missing.
We never approach your clients
We don't contact your clients, send LinkedIn requests, or follow up months after a project ends. We also don't compete for accounts you already have. All of this is in our signed agreement, and agencies often forget to ask for it until it's too late.
Your name never appears anywhere
We don't include agency work in our portfolio, case studies, social posts, or sales calls. The case studies you see here are from direct clients who gave us permission. Your projects will never appear here.
One contract, one invoice, in US dollars
You sign with a Texas LLC and pay a US company. You don't have to deal with overseas wires, currency conversions, or explaining a foreign vendor to your finance team.
Reviewed before it reaches you
We don't send anything to your inbox until someone in the US has checked it against your brief, on both desktop and mobile. What you get should be ready to forward to your client right away, since that's usually the goal.
How the work actually runs.
The commitments above are in the contract. The next three describe how we work each week, and they're why you can stop worrying about us once you send the brief.
One owner, one answer
One person in Houston manages your project from start to finish. You won't get a rotating account manager or someone who needs to check with the team before giving you answers.
The same team, every time
You work with the same developers on every project, so no one has to relearn your standards at your expense. If we can't staff a project in your timeline, we'll tell you instead of taking it and hoping for the best.
Bad news travels fast
If something might slip, you'll hear about it at the weekly review while there's still time to adjust the date or cut scope. The worst case is when a problem shows up on the day the deliverable is due.
(CENTRAL)
(IST)
The morning overlap lasts at least four hours, which is when we hold standups and reviews. If you ask a question at 9AM your time, you'll get an answer before the India team logs off, so nothing waits a full day.
Three situations we fit, and one we do not.
The shop with no dev bench
You sell strategy, design, and marketing, and you either turn down build work or hand it to a freelancer and hope. We become the build department you do not have to hire, on a per-project basis with no retainer.
The agency at capacity
You have developers, they are booked, and the pipeline keeps producing work you cannot start for six weeks. We take the overflow so you stop pushing timelines out or declining revenue you already won.
The agency with a margin problem
Your blended cost per build is too high to compete on mid-market work. A dedicated pod on our side keeps those projects profitable without changing what your client sees or who they talk to.
Direct-to-client work
We do not take business owners looking for a website. Working with agencies and pitching their clients at the same time is the conflict that makes white-label partnerships fail, so we stay on one side of it.
What agencies ask us on the first call.
What stops you from poaching our client?
We include a non-solicitation and non-circumvention clause in our signed agreement, covering the project and a set period after. But more importantly, our business depends on agencies. If we poached even one account, we'd lose all our agency partners. We also turn down direct-to-client work for the same reason, so there's no part of our business that would benefit.
Who does our client think is doing the work?
You do. We don't join calls unless you invite us, nothing goes directly to your client, and our name never appears on deliverables. If you want us to join a technical call under your brand, that's fine too. Some agencies prefer this for complex builds with detailed questions.
How much do we have to spell out in a brief?
We need more than a one-line Slack message, but less detail than you'd give a freelancer. We need the designs, content model, and what the site needs to do for your business. If anything is unclear, we ask before building, and your Houston project lead sends all questions at once instead of spreading them out over days.
Something breaks two months after handoff. Then what?
If there's a defect in what we built, we fix it for free during the warranty period in your agreement. If it's a plugin update, hosting change, or new scope, we'll give you a quote. Either way, you get a real answer the same day, not just a support ticket number.
Can you work inside our repo, our stack, our process?
Yes. We follow your branching model, your code standards, and whatever project management tool you already use. We never ask you to switch to ours. Sometimes, we just give your internal team extra front-end capacity for a quarter, working as contractors inside your process.
How is it priced?
We offer a fixed price per project once we've seen the brief, or a monthly block of hours for ongoing work. We don't bill builds hourly. Hourly billing rewards slow work and makes it hard for you to know your margin before quoting your client.
Talk to the person who'll answer your emails.
It's a twenty-minute call, no slides. We'll talk about what's in your pipeline, what your team can handle this quarter, and whether this is a good fit for both of us. If it's not, we'll tell you right away.
